I was there once. Find the court's Trustee. A letter explaining your connection and questions should get back a reply you can trust. Trustees are the Judge's right hand. A big machinery company with valid first machinery leins ticked off my Trustee and got locked out. The machine stayed. I did pay it later. The company had been fair to me.
