Subject: Dealing with someone that has filed Chapter 11

Sulphur Springs, TX
Would you work for someone that has filed chapter 11? What happens if their plan for restructure does not go through? How much notice is given before they have to liquidate if it comes to that? What are some other things to look out for? Can someone with a little more knowledge about bankruptcy law explain the process please. We are currently working for a dairy that has filed but he is paying regularly and says that we are in his budget to be paid and we are not letting him get to deep. Just curious if anyone can answer the above questions and perhaps give us a little guidance dealing with him.
