High Springs, Florida
Did two racks of baby backs yesterday. Opened the packs, rubbed various seasonings on them, and threw them on the smoker, fired up with Stubb's charcoal brickets and a few pieces of pecan wood. On at 2:15 PM @ 350* and off at 5:30 PM @ 200*. Not fall off the bone tender, but very good. No complaints, only compliments.
