David I am betting if you posted this on MT there would be a couple busloads of people on their way in just a few hours. While I don't do BBQ hardly ever I am a fan. Got a pork roast out now that I am going to expermient with. I would love a BGE but I am way to cheap to spend that kind of cash. I'm more along the lines of a 55 gallon barrel and a grate and some wood chips on a charcoal fire. Did some ribs one day naked (the ribs not me, way to hairy to BBQ naked. I might go POOF and then a really bad smell) and really screwed them up cooking way to fast but they were pretty good. Got some new rubs to try today.
