It's hard to put on a winning option strategy after a big move in the market. If you believe the market can still make a big move up and don't want a margined position I would leg into a bull call spread.

example

Buy a $11.00 Nov bean call for 27 cents and wait for a 50 cent up move and sell a $12.00 call should sell for about 20 cents.

Just remember without a big market move odds are your going to lose money. Try to buy the call in a down day and sell on up day.
