Crude Oil stocks have been in a gradual build since 2004.. still a 23 day supply isn't overly "flush" but consistently at levels we haven't seen since the 1990's.

As the economy improves.. so will demand.  Wildcard is another hurricane in the gulf.. still a couple months to go to get through hurricane season.
