nw kansas | A while back before the combines started rolling and people started to say the corn isn't there somebody on here made a comment that USDA would lower the yield but raise acres. Guess what, read that comment this week in some grain comments. Mom always said if you tell lies sooner or later your going to get caught, just like they had to lower the bushels last year they will wait and do it quietly. But it will come to back and bite us some day. Just look at wheat, we had enough wheat for years of no production they said and bang take a little hit in the world and put 2 bucks on wheat and now quality isn't such a big deal. As for the market who knows when the truth isn't there. I still think the crop is good just not a record. | |
