Isn't that interesting!
I wanted to do that a few weeks ago when wheat was touching $8 and basis was $1. 90 - $2.00 but the elevators told me no dice....I have to lock in the basis first. So I waited until it pulled back and locked the basis in a week or two ago at $1.45 with HRW at $7.18. I was quoted $1.60 today with HRW at $7.30.
