EC Illinois / WC Indiana | I closed on a farm Friday. Been asking myself the same ?? Interest rates are low. Way lower than the last time I bought in 1999. FCS wanted a big chunk down / collateral like 30% of appraisal. I was kinda surprised by that. Maybe they don't want to go they way of the 80's again.
Where's a better place to save / store your money? Stocks? Cd's? Beanie babies?
The whole economy scares the crap out of me... and I have been on the sidelines for awhile.
