I've noticed the same thing around here. Some homes have been for sale for a long time. Is Obama's "first time" home buyers credit is still going on? I would think that some young people are going to get to own some pretty nice homes for a fraction of the value just 2-3 years ago. Of course these same young people need jobs to pay for them.
