I think your pretty close the CG and DDGs are sticky so you will need a bin with 60% slope and still will hange up from time to time. I very seldom use dry because wet is usually free to $30/ ton for cg. ddg was $25 last week. I store it outside. I just started to feed what I picked up 6 weeks ago havent had any go bad yet. I used to get dry it was always a pain to get out of the hopper bottom and the bulk bin. Never had a problem getting it out of my walking floor and its easy to scoop with the loader. If you have more than a few cows I would really look at useing wet and when its $10/ ton or less get a bunch. Put down some lime or concrete get some big 2x4 blocks or some walls or even bales of hay for walls if you want to keep it neat.
