| while you have the backhoe/trencher guy there you could install an underground shut-off, wiring, water supply line and heat tube beyond the hydrant where you want the waterer located. Then you later you could pour the concrete and buy and set up the water fountain.
I have a Jug water fountain I still haven't got installed yet. Maybe get'er done this fall. ;-)
