USA | Wouldn't have to worry about me bothering your landlord. I look another man's ground like I would his wife, both are off limits.
However there are plenty of other vultures lurking about waiting to pounce on an opportuntity. Iif the ground is not the good and your not making much money on it, why farm it? If you want to farm it prolly should raise the rent to at least what CRP would pay.
Had some ground that come out of CRP last fall, was getting $80 acre. Would need a CRP bid of $175 an acre to put it back in. Haven't checked but doubt if I can get that.
