Only read a few of the responses and mine will be sure to make a lot of eyebrows raise......so......here goes. She is probably DONE or she would not have mentioned it in the first place. The 3 month thing is to keep you on the string until she figures out what she is going to do. Use it wisely. Get a lawyer. Start planning on how to pay for that grain system and everything else that you owe for or need. Look at the financial statements and cut it in half. YES HALF! Can you continue to operate with half of the equity that you had yesterday? Maintain another household? I'M not trying to be mean but sometimes it takes a smack upside the head to see a little clearer. And yes, been thru all this and came out ok. You will too. Good luck.
