When the scale reads in 20 pound increments (tickets always end with 20, 40, 60, 80, 00), I've always assumed the weight was rounded off to the closest 20 pound increment. How does yours work?
I'm also thinking the moisture is rounded off the same way for shrink (or at least, used to be). Example: moisture of 17.5 to 18.4 is figured at 18% for shrink.
