Madision County, IL
Larry,

We farm in the Madison/Macoupin County area around Staunton.

Our forecast isn't quite that warm. Most days we are in the mid nineties.

Our crops look really good today.

Corn is pretty much finished and has enough moisture. I don't think the heat will help it finish.

The soybeans look really good for the most part. Some of the early beans (planted April 20 - 22) have SDS and I am concerned it will become severe. A week without rain will really start to take the top end out of soybean yields.

Good luck!!!!!

Jay
