Guardrail here is $2/ft. I use three rails, thus $6/ft of fence. RR tie every 13 feet. I fasten with 5/8" galvanized bolts. Some use lag bolts. Don't know where you are located so pretty tough to tell you where to find it. Ours comes from a construction company that repairs and rebuilds. They have it in 13 foot and 26 foot lengths.
