Mascoutah, Illinois | I want to apologize to everyone for my bad call on Monday morning. I didn't forsee this news coming out of Soviet Union this morning and it obviously got the attention of the markets. I see wheat has tacked on another 30 cents in overnight trading thus far.
The game has definitely changed. Could we see a repeat of the 2008 prices? Maybe. Where we go from here, I have no clue. My bias is to the upside but I don't know how far. Somebody will come on here and make a prediction which will be correct. You might do just as good by throwing a dart at a board. Continue to make incremental sales. My $10.39 price target which I thought would be the top hit in November beans today.
Once again, I apologize to everyone for getting you out early on Monday. It looked like the right thing to do based on the information I had in front of me. I was dead wrong after today's wild move.
