| these phuckers are playing with our markets BIG time...............what is to stop a Rooskie from declaring "temporary" export bans on wheat after under the cover of buying wheat futures speculatively??
Also if the a "ban" is declared the exporters can claim "Force Majeure" and bail on prior cash sales.
Dont get me wrong I'm sure a drought exists and crops will be short, HOWEVER COMMA, how much of the runup is due to ACTUAL CROP CONDITIONS and how much is due to Bull$hit??????
