Subject: Senior Citizen, can you help me with a question?

Mascoutah, Illinois

Senior Citizen, I saw a headline today stating that Argentina is having colder temperatures than Antartica. Will this have any affect on planting season?

Second, is this record cold in the southern hemisphere just a balancing act from the northern hemisphere having record warmth? I am referring to Russia.
