The last time a USDA surveyor called this spring (after about 10 missed calls) I told the gal that I charge $10/minute for surveys. She laughed and said well I don't think we can do that and went on rambling and started asking a question. I told her "what part of I charge $10/minute don't you understand?" and hung up the phone. They haven't called back since.
