Put rub on it last night and let it set in refrigerator overnite. Started up smoker early this morning and just got thru with the taste test. Amazingly tender, juicy and tasty!!!
Wrapped it in foil when the inside meat temp got to 160/165 and let it finish.
Everyone loved it!!
