6:1 tomatoes to white onion approx same size. 3 jalepenos. remove seeds if you want it milder. 3 cloves garlic. I wash tomatoes leave skin on. Use a slapchop type chopper to chop it up. After chopping add 2 tablespoons white vinegar. table salt to your taste. mine looks frosted. mix it up refrigerate for a day. Can almost get stoned on this stuff.
