read the contract that the elevator gives you to sign .
some specify what will be done with the overrun bushels that you deliver
alot of them price it out on the day's closing price the day you fulfill the contract, others
give you a certain number of days to price it out.
as far as deductions, you will probably have a corn checkoff deducted (.0075 bushel) not many
dollars involved but it seems that the bigger farmers around here apply for the refund and get that
money back if applied for within 60 days
