My Mrs has one of these http://www.pamperedchef.com/ordering/prod_details.tpc?prodId=251&ca... and it is awesome for cooking stuff in the microwave. She makes sloppy joes, taco meat, and tons of other stuff I don't know all about. The other trick we use is a slow cooker that you just plug in the wall and things like goolash, pot roasts and such. Them darn frozen dinners are really not the best to be eaten all the time (to salty and fatty) and I'm thinking I would get real tired of them fast. Another thought is to look for places like sams club and such that have pizza and such that can be bought for less than 10.00 and are much more tasty than TV dinners. Hope this helps..... on the road is tough...
