not sure how "healthy" and it can take me 2 of them to be full (stay semi-fat), but they are pretty decent quality for frozen food and they don't have a lot of the stuff some might not want like "pie" or a "brownie" (not that I don't like that, but it is usually the worst part of a TV dinner)

I actually heated one up in the microwave (Taste of Texas) and even the corn bread cooked decent and the meat and beans tasted pretty good too
