What sauve did they give you. I took a hoof knife and cleaned out the crack like you would an abcess and then took a package of sole pack in the hoof vet wrapped and then duct tape to hold vet wrap on in place. I would say it is dry conditions. The crack goes on the sole between the quarter and the bar up across to the opposite side of the toe.
