Scott City, KS | Yea, I hear ya. If I hit our terraces straight on, I can cross most of them at 12-15 mph. I have several friends from college that don't spray over 10 mph b/c of terraces. :-( I would go crazy!
But, as you alluded to, we have to deal with the "big" dry! I'm currently watching another wheat crop burn up and wondering if we'll get enough moisture to plant our dryland row crops. Oh, what I'd give for 20+ inches of rain each year! Most of our farm hasn't seen 20 inches in 6 years.
