Subject: Getting started

Iowa
Ok, so I've been running my butt off the last few years in ag business and grain farming on the side - currently have 200 acres but have access to another 200 when dad desides to retire after this year. What I'm looking for is a good livestock operation to do custom feeding for, getting set up with buildings and basically using that to replace my off farm job. I should be debt free on my equipment and operation notes after this year, I'd also probably try to pickup another 2-500 ac of crop ground. I'm looking at hogs, cattle or sheep. What industry would you look at getting into, and how would you go about it. If anybody has gotten into these type of agreements lately please share some of the details. Not looking to get out of my job today - looking at 3-5 years. But the handwriting is on the wall its time to either $hit or get off the pot because doing what I'm doing now will kill me. (when I need to be planting, combining, or spraying I have to be at work) Thanks.
