Lander, WY | It's amazing the differences across the country. Here the grass wouldn't get 10 inches tall if you didn't graze it all summer, and it would never look that green. Cows out here wouldn't know what to do, they could stand in one place and eat all day! An earlier thread someone was talking about not making a cow walk more than 1/4 mile to water, out here, that would just plain not happen, you couldn't put enough tanks out to make that a reality.
