I've got my corral/ working/feeding area in geotextile filter fabric. 40 x 72 Kept the center a little higher so water would runoff. NRCS says filter fabric will let the water filter thru, but not let the mud come back up. Going on 6 years and only had to use 40 ton of fines to replace what I removed when scraping down the lot.
