| Yeah his guts will fall out. There are a couple options, one being to cut him like usual and sew, clamp the incision closed and he will probably live but have a pouch there looking like he hasn't been cut. The other is to cut in his belly about half way to his navel and work the gut back where its supposed to be and tie the tube off then take the nut out. Either way give him a shot of antibiotic and spray the wound area. Either way he should have a fair chance of making it. | |
