I second the jetter, but I would use a root head instead of a cleaning head. Problem is they are $600 for the root head, and cleaning heads are $300 for a set, and you need an interrupter, clean water supply, and a 3400 PSI machine. Might see is you can rent one? Or hire a plumber w/ one.
