New Mexico | to raise cattle.
That's the greatest thing about these animals is their toughness and diversity.
Heck they work in areas where it's winter 11 months a year, they work in the deserts, they work in jungles.
Truely one of God's more amazing creatures.
AND God was kind enough to make cattle " human proof " too.
Perhaps knowing that man can screw up most anything:
like trying to make em all one color, or one size, or so they all fit in a box or whatever,
God put in some genetic safety valves so that cattle can rediversify their genetics and carry on no matter what man's grand scheme becomes.
