I understand the contoured strips - lots of them around here in the hills. Your operation seems right for your situation. I am much more time/manpower/equipment/land limited so need to find different ways of doing things.

There is no one way to raise cattle! Interesting to see how different folks adapt to different climates and other situations. I'm about 35 mi from Prairie. Do you sell yours at Waukon?
