I really never gave it much thought until this year, I feed in the morning, and if anything I think I'm having more in the daylight. Even if it was for sure science I still wouldn't feed at night, especially as late as the man from Colorado. My reasoning is that if I have equipment issues, I'd rather find out in the morning and have all day to get it fixed and feed, vs finding out at night and having to deal with something then.

I agree with that. We've had a lot more mid afternoon-- supper time and we feed in the morning.
