Subject: RE: Question about business edicate...?

Rolla, ND
Is she going to use Western Governor's University. Only totally online university with NCATE accreditation and if you work fast you pay for each six month period, not for the credits so you can save tuition if you work at it. http://www.wgu.edu/degrees_and_programs

As far as her job goes. It seem to be a common problem with women in business that they make personal what isn't supposed to be personal.

Her boss says why drag this out we should set a date? Well everyone leaves a job sometime. They move, they get another job, they retire, they die, every single person leaves, why drag it out? She isn't dragging. When the time comes she will give notification, until then she will do her best. End of story. Do not set a date. You can't because you don't know.

She shouldn't even be talking about leaving at least not to her supervisor. She's bringing personal family things to work if she talks about that, better to leave them at home.

Her boss better be careful, threats to try and get you to quit, to avoid for instance paying unemployment, can create a hostile work envirpnment, and hostile work environments can cost employers money. If she doesn't watch it she will be gone despite the current performance financially.

Just in case, I would suggest making a journal of what is going on at her job. Especially any thing that is trying to get her to quit, or any talk of not wanting her to get unemployment, or threats of firing her.
