Ripley, Ontario Canada | Thanks for the replys. I know the desktop is cheaper, but there are just to many things to unhook to move. When you go to meetings etc, and want to take a computer a desktop just isn't practical. I don't plan to need the top of the line laptop, I can buy a new desktop later, but I want something that will be able to run current top of line software, so it will still function 5-6 years from now, and only be running software that hasn't been supported for a little while, I don't want to be stuck at windows XP being as new as I can go. I am looking at a fall purchase, but may not be real excited on Vista until they get some more of the bugs out. | |
