SE South Dakota | This might seem harsh but I doubt the store sold this with a trial period, ie. time to decide if you like it or not. If there was this trial period, then by all means take it back if you want.The "problems" you present are something that you could have easily been noticed before the purchase was made.
A month ago bought a one year old piece of farm equipment. At a farm show last week I noticed on the current models a slight bit of a change that looks like an improvement, of sorts. Do you think I could return this to the dealer to then be able to purchase the "new and improved" model? I don't think so. I have to live with my decision.
