Laundry room is only 4' x 7' and that includes the sink.  Got that new dryer and there are 2 things I'm pretty sure that by now I don't like:

1.  Controls on front mean this is a computer chip thing instead of manual control...salesperson said it needed to be serviced much more often (to clean from the dust that would accumulate inside).  Not liking the thought of that.

2.  Space is already at a premium and I did not notice in the store that the vent comes out the SIDE and then around to the back, to the vent in the wall.  Irks me because I can't have the washer and dryer right nex to each other (as they used to be) because of that.  This is prime worksurface for me and the more continuous a space it is, and the bigger it is, the better for me.

I'm thinking of returning the dryer; what do you all think?
