You are correct about people that need to be told to stay home. Last night when the bad weather began i was heading home from helping my grandparents connect their generator "just in case" and a person on a minivan passed me doing about 60 MPH. I few miles up the road I passed him back and he was in the ditch pointed in the wrong direction.
A good laugh for all of the Mid-Westerners here.
