from what I saw on the weather maps, I expect there are areas in N.C. with a lot of ice. And I suspect most of that is in eastern N.C. where a lot of the people live. And I suspect there are a lot of urban and suburban people who need(ed) to be told to stay home.... 'cause they don't have any business being out in the ice creating more headaches.....
