southern MN | At work, my wife gets dumped on a lot - hours, working alone, certain bad shifts, etc. Wife gets called out if it's a snow day; other people no problem take the day off.....
The other gals have kids, and need to skip work a lot it seems because of the kids......
Certainly a hardship, but gets taken advantage of a lot too - built in excuse for some.
Does get old sometimes, makes ya wonder.
I'm a guy, so I won't say much more than that, nothing I say will come out right. :)
