Tried one to save on the phone bills when I was brokering and was out West at home. Have an exceptional internet connection--did not cut it.
I had better luck with SIP phones. Same thing just better hardware. But it still does not replace the ole land line.
My advice, if you just want a 'home' phone but don't intend on using much--it may not be a bad option. If you use your land line a lot, keep the land line or up the cell minutes |
