Keep the site fairly simple straight forward, (play to your target audience) which isn't hip/hop supper spiffy  "wow" krap. Functionality of site, easy of navigation, and solid working links beat  "kiddy krap".  Up date your site (document) fairly often,(so people know it's a not a dead site) and use a form box for email.  Highly suggest print size and font be readable to audience (play to audience)

I would suggest your location on your home page. That way people will know if their dealing "local" or 1/2 way across the country. (follow-up support and easy of getting support) You could either put it on the bottom of your home page or in the nav. bar.

Looks pretty good keep fine tuning, it's a process.
