The best thing I learned in getting my software suport degree in college is.. there is always more to learn, and the smartest computer users are those who can say "I don't know, I need to learn more,  or I've not seen that before".

The biggest problem of comuters is there are so many wizzards, or "point and click" progams that many people believe they are actually operating a program. Not so,,, a sub program is simply giving you options to choose from.

Much like a Tractor Driver vs: Tractor Jockey. Yes the operator can get the tractor pointed in the right direction, but they don't know how to shift gears, when to shift up or down, how to check the air filter, oil etc...
