Lapel, In | Only things I would change, Dawn is to use a laundry tub in place of that fancy bowl . Then it would be practical to even wash garden produce in your wet room plus a nice place to scrub your arms clear up to your elbows. Would also include a hot/cold hose bib with a short hose to spray down the walls and floor and wash off muddy boots( much like an old milkhouse).To really trick it up, install a washer and dryer to wash work clothing that may be contaminated with chemicals or heavy grease. Good place to keep first aid supplies too.
Oh yea, where is the magazine rack ? lol.
