Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think the Indians had any policy about who could or could not come into America. 

Also was there not a war between the Americans, French, Indians, British, ect. and the French, Indians, British lost did they not or do I have my history wrong? 

Now were the Indians the absolute first people in America or did they have a war with someone else and end up with America?

Have you ever read about how the Indians would fight with each other over rights to land? 

Let see, I think the Indians had the open door policy to let us in to begin with, right?  So how can they then change to have a non open door policy?  Would that not make them Indian givers ?  lol
