He said once that the local PO is rated by the $ revenue generated . Mailing items with out buying postage from the office does not count , but the prepaid envelopes will be charged to the pre paids account .
How it works ..... the company mailing out the prepaids has to buy say $1000 worth of credits . As the credits are scanned from the envelopes , the $1000 is decreased by the amount of prepaids scanned.
So basically sending out prepaid envelopes costs the company $0 till the envelope is actually sent. | |
