I think the hamburg potential was gone the minute the bullet hit the cow. 

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that if the cow can't walk onto the floor of the slaughter house, they don't get processed.  All the result of the BSE scare.....

Sorry, but that's the way it goes these days.......   people just can't/won't take a risk on processing a questionable animal.
